Rockstar removed supermarket shopping mechanic from GTA 6

Rockstar North co-head Rob Nelson revealed that the team tested a system where Jason and Lucia could shop at supermarkets, bring food home, and actually stock the fridge. The developers decided it was too much, turning the game into an overly complex life simulator, despite the studio constantly seeking balance between realism and fun. The food system affecting weight, health, and stamina will remain.
