Remove Walter White picture (RUNE/CODEX)

I don't know where to ask this, and I couldn't find a solution on the internet. CODEX and RUNE cracks have a picture of Walter White (The Breaking Bad?) for their profile. No matter where I search, I can't find a way to remove/change this picture. It's usually connected to your Steam profile, but since it's a crack, it's saved somewhere. I really despise this picture. Anyone know how to get rid of this? Thanks.
