GTA VI: Killing Nudists Doesn't Trigger Wanted Level Due to No Phone Storage

The level of detail is through the roof: killing nudists doesn't give you a wanted level because they simply have nowhere to keep a phone. In GTA VI there is a witness mechanic, meaning cops will only arrive if someone calls them, as seen in previous leaks. Since nudists have no clothes, they have nowhere to put their phone, so they cannot call the police, and thus no wanted level appears for players. What an insane detail.
