Goat Simulator Manifest/Depot Key and Update

I just got back from a holiday in Ireland, and I got myself a copy of Goat Simulator, I later found out it was a used copy (which explained it's cheap price), so I can't activate it through Steam, but thanks to Sisinstall, I can install it without Steam, however, I need the manifest (only the one, this time, thankfully) and depot key to install it, could somebody provide one? I already have the acf file, though I fail to see what good it'll do when installing the game. Also, I'd like it updated to the latest version. If I use a tool like TINcft to make a version file, can someone provide an update for me, or even provide a standalone update? Before anyone asks, I wasn't bothered about getting it new or used, now that I can install modern PC games either way, without having to activate it through Steam.
